We are careful at the evolution of our BIG-challenge, in a quantity viewpoint but also in a quality viewpoint. After a terribly increasing period until 2009 looking at the quantity, we're working currently to increase the quality.
Quantity
* We were 634 at the end of the year 2007 and we'll surely be around 4000 at the end of the year 2011.
* The amount of visitors a day in the website always increased !
* The current decreasing of the amount of new members a year : 1100 in 2008, 800 in 2009, 700 in 2010, 600 in 2011. It's on the way to be stable around 500 like I already said before
* The increasing of active members ! Comparing members claiming more than 10 BIGs a year is amazing with less than 100 in 2007 and 355 now ! Nearly 1500 members claimed something in the year 2011.
Quality
Recall : To increase too quickly isn't a good thing. After this period of increasing, we must now win some stability. We used some strategy to organize better our activities and to give solidity to our superlist.
* Thank to the efficiency of our treasurer Christian Le Corre, the counts are now out of problems. The counts are clear, present every year in our review, stable and ready to fight the events with some reserve.
* the committee is always searching the best way to work; but since a few years, with discussions in the meetings, with the forums, with the experience won with the years, more and more committee's members know better and better the BIG-challenge.
* the superlist didn't change this year. Just the 866-875 numbers became free. The promised stability is a fact. New challenges appear.
