Unbelievable climb - both sides are superb and "killer" -
I suggest climb Hardknott with its partner in crime Wrynose.
Narrow route,
severe bends in gradient 1 in 3 (30 %) with bits more than that !!! almost impossible pedalling seat ; there're some parts that your mind think = "i will never go up here......."
add to these =
the probably headwind,
the traffic (touristy place above all in weekends - with most of car drivers incapables of drive on so steep/narrow roads) ,
the tarmac could be humid and wet,
and you will have to use your total maximum abilities to reach the top without feet on the ground.
Something really hard, to sum up in one word = SURVIVAL !

Car park = many places around the climbs.
