The climb starts at the village with the same name. The climb is very tough with some stretches at about 17%. This is very wild valley but the road is perfect . You will be alone. There are two villages along the road. At Selvapiana quite unexpectedly the asphalte ends (as the TCI road atlas indicates as regional narrow and asphalted road). With a road bike the first 250 m are almost unfeasible. This segment is 1.5 km until a pass without a name. Apart from this serious issue, the climb is very nice.
