Start from the monument in memory of Sir George Cornewall Lewis in New Radnor (Wales), a small village in Powys, this killer climb is a wall with poor and slippery terrain, almost impossible stand up on pedal on its 23-25 % slope.
Zero traffic (only few houses along climb) and Top is at a V-junction before gravel car park in Radnor forest.
