CONCLUSIONS VOTES & ACTIONS
25-03-2019Due to the votes 100% yes and 0% no about our moral, activity and financial reports, the committee thanks you very much and is happy.
WORKING GROUPS
Due to the answers to the questions 3,5,7,8,9 and the ranking in the question 13, we'll manage working groups whose work will start in april 2019. The c6 is automatically included in the working group but additional volunteers are mainly welcome and can take part by asking it simply with a mail at c6@bigcycling.eu . Please join us to work on what you like inside the following groups.
1st working group
CHALLENGE "YOUNG PEOPLE" . This group will try to manage a new challenge motivating young people and surely using times (timers) to climb , inside the website, that will be in the menu "challenges" with the existing Ironbig and Natachas. It has to edit the rules of this challenge and the requests to ask to our webmaster to put it online.
2nd working group
PROMOTION MEETINGS . This group will ameliorate the communication to promote all our meetings and crossraods, mailny the official one but also the other ones, (including also the meetings with other assoications). The president will send them the how to include news in the homepage of the website.
3rd working group
CHEATING OBSERVATORY. This group will manage the constitution of the group who'll observe the results of the members, giving rules how to include someone in the group and how to act when there is a suspicion of cheating.
ADDITIONAL ACTIONS
1) During the 1st day with our websmaster, we'll fix the way to oblige members over 164 bigs to contribute, the step 8 at 365 bigs instead of 360,...
2) For the coming elections in 2020, we'll manage it simply due to the last place in the ranking. Candidates to the committee (not necessarily c6) will send their candidature to c6@bigcycling.eu before the end of the year 2019. At the end of the year, we'll ask to the large committee to vote "yes" or "no" for each one among the candidates. All the candidates with more than 50% of yes, will be included in the committee 2020-2025. During the GA 2020 in Paris, they'll decide who will take one job or another during a short closed meeting.
3) The president will make a summary of the virtual badges required instead of the diplomas (only the medals 500 and the trophees 1000 will stay). We'll ask to Menno how much it will cost for the whole design. If it's too expensive, we'll create it ourselves (see ranking quetsion 13). Afterwards, we'll ask to our webmaster to add those badges in the homepage of each of our member.
4) Amaury and the president are working on "Press books" to send to magazines, with the goal to promote BIGCycling in the media.
We will not change the classements and we'll add Martin Kool as an honoured member.
