HOW TO DECLARE OUT OF EUROPE
14-09-2018To declare out of Europe, one must :
1° completely fill the formular available in the website, excepted eventually the gpx track
2° if your climb doesn't reach 500m D+, you must show a climb with minimum 500m at 10% or 400m at 10% on cobbled sections or an arrival in an Unesco or National park place or an arrival located at the end of a professional race UCI 1.1 until 2.2 (2 arrivals at least in the last 5 years). The ascent can also be claimed in case the start is above 2500m..
3° if you want to claim several BIGs in the same road, the second one must follow the first one with at least a downhill of 33% D+ of the first one (example : one climb 300m D+, one downhill 110m D- and one climb 300m D+) or be very far from the first one (example : climb 10km long, a plateau of 50km and a second 10km long)
4° if your D+ < 150m , the average % must be > 3%
5° be careful, only 5 claims less than 500m D+ are authorized per continent
6° and naturally, the general total of D+ must be > 5000m
