HUNGARIAN 2014 BIG-DAY
13-05-2014On the 11of May there was Regional Meeting nr.: 14 on BIG 854: (Hungary). This was the BIG DAY in Hungary for 2014.

Felső-Borovnyák was cycled one time from one foot – Eger.
The route was: Eger – Felsőtárkány – Bánya-hegy (Mine-mountain) – Nagymező – Felső-Borovnyák and back.
In total 70,3 km was cycled, including the descent back to Eger, and 855 altimeters were conquered.
Eleven BIG members started at 9.30 from Eger under rain and with 11 Celsius . A few members were already present in previous BIG DAYs and some members were there for the first time.

We travelled together. This BIG typical nature climbs. Not too hard and includes much more forests. The traffic was low. The weather was wet to the Mine-mountain. Then the rain stopped. From this point the roads were closed to the traffic. We were cycling very stilly with birds warble. I remembered in the month og August in the year 2008 when we cycled with the president, Daniel Gobert. On the Felső-Borovnyák we lifted up our cyclings on the top. It was a great meeting!
Next year we will meet on BIG 855 at Misina.
