I often agree with my brother and so also this time: find another Big for this one. I did the climb from San Pedro and I can tell that it is quite frustrating to climb for 30 km on an indeed fairly busy road 0and at the end I wasn't allowed to bike to the top because of private property.

It is not fun to cycle over a highway!!
I did this climb from the north side on 8-11-2021. And the traffic terrified me. At the end of the climb the road was closed for cyclists and a truckdriver almost drove me of the road.
Please, Spanish managers: can you find an alternative climb, because this one should be kicked out as soon as possible!!!
Yesss, and I drove back by car the south-side, and the views were great, and to see Africa was amazing, but if you fear for your life while climbing on your bike, you cannot enjoy. So lets kick it out as soon as we find an other climb!!!

Easy climb from Ronda where there is a good bike rental shop. The last km is pretty steep and officially closed because it goes up to a mining area. Fortunately we were not discovered until we were at the top.
