24-04-2015Important, it's now fixed. We have a professional S.L.A (service level agreement) with the firm Twins.IT of Wouter De Ruyck, our webmaster.
Let's sum up what will be better.
1) Delays and deadlines : Urgent problems will be fixed under 6 hours. Major problems under 36 hours. Minor problems under 8 days.
2) B.I.G challenge will pay fixed amounts : every year for host domain, every month for helpdesk/hotline and each hour for eventual extra requirements out the current functionalities.
3) The version 3 of the new B.I.G website will be online in 3 steps (basis in may, datas in june, last new features in july). This will include the ability to introduce all the current new works, challenges, and the results of the decisions voted by our committee in january 2015.
The committee hopes with this new way to work, to be more efficient, to give you still more interest in our website and in our challenge, and to answer quickly to all your requests.
