The climb start near the source of the river Nene, that you cross and can see passing a white fence on the left in Newnham village.
After pedaling in the village in gentle slope, and after a crossing in Daventry road, there is the final slope at 14-16 % ; after this you reach the top, where there's also a place for park your car.
In the grass on the left, lies a tower mill made of bricks.
Tarmac good, light traffic on this hill.
