The 1,3 km of Old Church hill (red track) in Essex is a solitary narrow single lane road to the top of the Langdon hills.
The surface is uneven, the first part are at 6 %, the last part is like a wall at 13-15%.

https://www.strava.com/activities/5730659983 Cycled from Horndon on the Hill where it's possible to park up, also a pretty village worth seeing. The quieter Old Church Hill, the west climb is much preferred as the south-west approach is main road
