This climb, located few kms from Lugano, allows you to discover one of the most beautiful regions in the whole of Ticino - Switzerland.

Can be divided in 3 parts :
first one easier, from crossing on the main road along the lake, is 2 km long, until wonderful Vico Morcote hairpin through houses in narrow road – slope 5-7 % until here.
After 400 mt of flat, start the hardest second part until the pass point at 680 mt ca., here slope 10-11 % (max 13,5 for some meters.)
3rd part lead in San Grato park : before a flat part, then you have to take a left road (follow S.Grato signs) and 3 hairpins will lead you to the top at 697 mt, in the middle of a beauty nature park.
From this road you can see others 2 Natachas = Monte Brè and Sighignola plus the Big Mount Generoso.
Worth a visit Morcote along the lake and Vico Morcote church (labelled one of 'Most beautiful villages in Switzerland)
