This nice climb start in Magliaso mt 287 ; you can do the main road - Via S.Giorgio from a roundabout - or ride up 3 steeper shortcuts - via Chiesa (cobbled partly) , Via Robbiolo and Vicolo alla Grotta - ; all three cross and lead to the main road.
After 5 km of regular climb (on main road) or more challenging on the shortcuts mentioned,
there is 1,5 km (after Vernate village mt 648) almost flat ;
then the last km (take sharp right at Iseo for Via Santa Maria) with 2 bits at 15-16 % for reach the Santa Maria church at the end of the climb (top 760 mt).
Tarmac good, road large enough but with some traffic until Vernate.
Nice views on Lugano lake and Monte San Salvatore.
Park = there’s a confy toll park behind petrol station near start in Magliaso.
