Discovered by Giro 2021 following pavement of the last 3 km. Now car have to pay a toll to reach the Alpe which is also the end of chair-lift and the cabin-lift used mainly for ski in winter. It is a tough climb constantly hard on the prominence above Scopello, at the entrance of Alta Valsesia. At the top you have a stunning view of Monte Rosa. There are many hairpins. The road is mostly large . A great challenge!
