The side from PERI (red track - 15,5 km) can be divided in 2 parts =
a) the famous climb PERI-FOSSE (9 km - av 8,9 % - max 15%) that can be called Alpe d'Huez of the Veronese, for its hairpins climbing the side of the mountain - large road, traffic almost zero, tarmac perfect, very exposed to the sun; classic climb for locals.
b) the last 6,5 km, with 2 gravel sections (400 mt and 1,5 km each one long) at 8-9 % with max 13% - gravel rideable with road bike with some attention, but clearly slow your pace.
The top - 1465 mt - is in the middle of meadows, and with an unbelievable peace and silence in the
Lessinia park, the Venetian jewel on the outskirts of Verona.
During the climb until Fosse, on the other side of the valley, you can see attached to the wall a monument, that is the Madonna della Corona church.
In conclusion, a very hard climb.
