Climbed from Mantini side (blue track) - altitude 97 mt - this 4,3 km long road, pass through cultivation of olive trees, before reach the first houses of the quiet town of Chieti.
The city has some nice places, roads, squares, churches, and the typical mess of the south (cars parked everywhere, be careful crossing the intersections).
Tarmac is not properly good - uneven and with potholes, typical characteristic of center-south Italy roads (where the sun and cars consume the asphalt, making it slippery).
The top - 347 mt, is along the Amphitheater, where you have the Belvedere on the surrounding area (Chieti is built on a hill).
Average slope from Mantini sp4 = 5,8 % with 12 % of max slope in the town.
