We did this climb on 1-6-2018. The profiel is wrong: there is absolute no black or red in this
climb. And you could discusse of the name is correct: Bom Jesus is the name of the chapel half way. The church at the top is called Sameira, shouldnot this be the correct name?

Easy climb from Braga, which is a certainly worth a visit. On the way you pass the beautiful baroque Bom Jesus church with its famous stairs. The elevator (which you are of course not allowed to take) is powered by water (gravity). The climb continues after the Bom Jesus until the second church on the top.
The only bike rental I found in Braga was www.gobybike.eu. They have citybikes with sufficient gears to make the climb (no MTB or racebikes available). If you are member of BIG, the owner Carlos will give you a special price he promised me!
