Climbed from Solzago side, this nice road of 9 km about, lead you in a very nice place, with wonderul views on the Como Lake and the city of Como (there is a Belvedere).
With average 6,3 % and maximun of 12-13 % is a nice non-trafficed road - most busy the side from Como , that you reach just before Brunate.
In the part from Brunate you pass through beautiful villas, and the Faro Voltiano (gift of Como to its famous citizen, Alessandro Volta, genius inventor).
Before the top some meters of cobbles.
There is also a cable-railway from Como, opened in 1893.
