Side from Carpana (Parma province - Emilia region - start from bridge river Ceno - loc Belli) this climb of 11,4 km is very irregular, which alternates 12,5% (between km 2.5 and 4) to false plains.
Road is large enough, with tarmac bumpy and with many patches (slow descent !).
Trafic totally absent (like most of Apennines climbs, that make these hills a paradise for the cyclists).
Nothing on top, except plate indicate 1000 mt altitude.
